GatePass is an iOS companion app for Hôtel-Casino du Lac-Leamy in Gatineau, Québec. It turns your iPhone into a single digital credential — a QR-based GatePass — that opens your suite, spa, pool and lounge. It also includes dining reservations, spa bookings, events, concierge chat, loyalty tracking, and an explore guide.

Yes, GatePass is free to download on the App Store. There are no in-app purchases or subscriptions. All app features are included at no cost. Your GatePass is activated at the Hôtel-Casino du Lac-Leamy front desk during your stay.

GatePass is an iOS-only app. Any iPhone capable of running the current version of iOS should be compatible. The app does not support Android, iPad, or other platforms. A Wi-Fi or cellular connection is not required — the app works entirely offline.

GatePass is built privacy-first. All data — your pass, bookings, points balance, and preferences — is stored locally on your device. Nothing is transmitted to external servers. The app does not require an internet connection and does not include any analytics or tracking services. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

Download the app and create an account before or during your stay. Once you check in, visit the Hôtel-Casino du Lac-Leamy front desk to activate your pass. An activated pass unlocks all account-bound features — your QR credential, loyalty points, and personalized bookings. You can also use the app as a guest without activation to browse events, dining, spa, and the explore guide.

Email us at support@casinollgatepass.com with a description of the issue or your feature request. For bugs, please include your iPhone model and iOS version if possible. You can also use the in-app contact support option in Settings, which lets you attach a screenshot.

Cercle Privilège is the in-app loyalty programme with three tiers: Silver, Gold, and Noir. Each tier has a distinct identity and set of perks. You earn points through bookings and activities during your stay, and can redeem them from the rewards catalogue directly in the app. Points are only credited once a request is confirmed — the app tracks the full pending → confirmed lifecycle.

You can delete your account directly from the Settings screen inside the app. Account deletion goes through the same pending → confirmed lifecycle as other requests. Since all data is local, deleting the app from your iPhone also removes all associated data. For questions about data removal, contact us at support@casinollgatepass.com.
