The app works without an internet connection. It does not send or receive any data to external services and does not track or monitor your in-app behaviour.

3. No Third-Party Services

Casino Lac Leamy GatePass does not connect to external servers, APIs, or analytics platforms. All content, pass data, bookings, and loyalty progress remain local to your device and are never transmitted to any third party.

The app does not include any advertising SDKs, crash analytics, or marketing trackers.

4. Local Storage

The app uses your device's local storage (SharedPreferences and Hive) to save:

Authentication and session state
Onboarding completion and preferences
Points ledger and loyalty history
Bookings, schedule, and vehicle information
Appearance settings (light / dark / system)
Read state for notifications

All of this data remains on your device. Deleting the app removes all associated data.

5. Camera & Photo Library

The app requests access to your camera and photo library only when you choose to attach an image to a support request in Settings. This permission is optional. No images are uploaded or transmitted — the support contact flow is handled by email from your device's native mail client.

6. Age Appropriateness

The app is designed for users aged 13 and above. It contains no inappropriate content and does not gather any information from users, including minors.

7. In-App Legal WebViews

The app includes in-app WebViews that load this Privacy Policy and our Terms of Service. Loading these pages follows standard browser behaviour — your device may establish a network connection to retrieve the pages. No additional tracking occurs beyond standard web server logs.

8. Changes to This Policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated periodically to reflect changes in the app or applicable law. Any updates will be reflected in the latest version of the app or this website. Continued use after an update implies acceptance of the revised policy.
